We all have our good days and bad days. You can’t always be happy all the time because life isn’t perfect. There are days where we feel inspired and motivated to do the things that we should do. But there’s also days where we feel sad, lonely, scared, messy, unorganized or whatever feeling that lowers down our self esteem. One the most important thing in order for you to enjoy your day is a happy lifestyle. But I believe the most important thing of all is how you will start your day. Because there will always be a pyramid effect in your everyday routine. If you start your day right, you will end your day right. If you start your day with a bad mood, you might feel the same thing for the whole day. So, how do you start your day right? Here are some of the things that I do first thing in the morning to start my day right!
SMILE! I know this might sound crazy to some, but smiling first thing in the morning will truly help to make your day right! Even though there’s no reason to smile, just do it. Smile to random people who you see in the street, to your neighbours, to your classmates, to your friends or whomever. If you convince yourself that this will be a great day, it will be! Feel the vibe, be happy and be thankful for another day.
EAT HEAVY Eating heavy in the morning will help boost your energy for the entire day. So make sure to eat heavy early in the morning to start your day right!
Breakfast isn’t complete without a coffee! To make your day even more better, drink your morning coffee while relaxing in your most comfortable position and place (whether it’s in your home, favorite resto, coffee shop etc.) And that’s it! There’s no actual formulas to make your day better. Everything will still depend on you. Make sure to stay positive and consider each day another chance to improve everything. Everyday is a learning day for all of us. It’s okay to make mistakes but make sure to learn from it and try not to do it again. Improve yourself and try to be a better person.
